Working pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office including Wednesday as a core day).

Reports to: Customer, Loans & Deposit Operations Lead.

The Role: As an Operations Officer, you will work closely with the Customer, Loan & Operations Deposit Lead to deliver high-quality operational support. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and handling customer and loan operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle straightforward problems or queries relating to Accounts (Opening, Maintenance and Closing); Payments or Loan processing (handling cases promptly and accurately); Escalating complex enquiries or problems to the designated departmental subject matter expert(s).
  • Check and review own work for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
  • Undertake a range of data entry, extraction, verification and collection tasks in accordance with the departmental procedures manuals and policies ensuring that information is entered and processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Continuously review, champion and implement process improvements.
  • Process and administer mortgage accounts throughout the post-completion lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer and loan records.
