At Alpha Bank London, we are looking for a proactive and organised People & Culture Intern to join our People & Culture team and support the development of our early careers talent strategy.

This is a project-focused internship centred on building sustainable early careers pathways for Alpha Bank London. The role will support talent and skills mapping, explore career pathways and progression opportunities, and contribute to the design and implementation of our future Insights Programmes, Intern and Graduate Programmes.

  • Support learning and development initiatives, workshops and training programmes.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Create presentations, guides, reports and project materials.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR and organisational development best practice.
  • Support careers events, employer branding initiatives and future talent activities.
  • Assist with employee surveys, feedback analysis and engagement campaigns.

What You'll Gain

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a regulated banking environment while contributing to meaningful projects.

You will gain:

  • Experience supporting a strategic Talent Project focused on early careers.
  • Practical exposure to talent and skills mapping, career pathways and progression planning.
  • Exposure to programme design and implementation.
  • The opportunity to help create ABL's future Intern and Graduate Programme.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Development of project management, research and communication skills.
  • Insight into how People & Culture supports organisational performance, employee engagement and workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong interest in Human Resources, talent, early careers, organisational development or project management.
  • A degree or master's qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

  • To maximise the internship experience, interns are encouraged to spend four days per week in the office
  • Recruitment and interviews will take place during October 2026
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for internship roles.
