I’m currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join a growing technology-focused organisation based in Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Application Support who is looking to develop their skills across application support, software development and enterprise technologies.
Key Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Good understanding of PHP and troubleshooting PHP-based applications
- Experience working with Git or other source control systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
