A key client of ours is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team in Bolton, on a fixed term basis for 9 months.
Main Responsibilities Required of the 3rd Line Support Engineer:
- First point of escalation for the 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers
- Work closely with the IT Service Desk Manager to define and improve processes
- Create and build knowledge across the service desk and wider team
- Manage server accounts
- Support of cloud telephone systems
- Support networking equipment
Key Experience Required of the 3rd Line Support Engineer:
- 3-5 years experience within a 2nd/3rd Line Support role within a technical support desk or MSP
- Experience with server environments (Windows)
- Active Directory/Microsoft 365/Azure
- Understanding of network technologies
The successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be paid a pro-rata'd salary of up to £40,000 per annum. If interested, please apply immediately.
