A very exciting start-up client of ours is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team in Macclesfield. Although they are a start-up, the team is currently made up of 3 Directors who are vastly experienced with big plans to grow. This is a hybrid position.
Required Skills/Experience of the 2nd Line Support Engineer:
- Proven experience in 2nd line IT support roles, ideally within an MSP or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory, including Group Policy
- Experience with Azure AD integration and Intune device management
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (Azure Virtual Desktop, etc)
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be paid up to £35,000 per annum. If interested, please apply immediately.
