Responsibilities
- Direct communication with players via chat & email.
- Check-up of client documents necessary for KYC procedures & other ongoing requests.
- Forwarding any VIP-customer communications to necessary departments.
- Monitoring platform requests in JIRA & acting on them.
Requirements
- Strong English and Russian verbal and written communication skills (preferably C1+).
- Knowledge of German will be an advantage.
- Experience in iGaming industry will be an advantage.
- Desire to learn & improve their own skills.
