Alperton Community School is seeking a SEND Specialist Teaching Assistant to support students with communication and interaction needs, including ASC and SLCN, by planning targeted interventions and providing in-class support.

You will work under the SENCO, SALT Therapist and teachers to help access the curriculum and develop social skills.

The role requires documenting progress, supporting EHCP reviews, and promoting inclusive practice.
