Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Five9 Solutions Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in the implementation and optimization of Five9 solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, consulting on best practices, assisting in the presales process, supporting sales activities, and managing projects. The role involves significant client interaction and requires effective communication to ensure successful deployment and utilization of Five9 solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct performance analysis
- Experience in Consulting and advising clients on best practices
- Proficiency in Presales and supporting sales teams
- Project Management skills to ensure smooth implementation of solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with Five9 or similar call center solutions is a plus
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
