What you'll be doing:

  • Effectively manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate and prioritize commitments, ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Scheduling and managing the CEO's emails, calendar, meetings, travels, bookings and engagements.
  • Scheduling and managing meetings and appointments within a rapidly changing set of priorities and demands for the CEO.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding CEO matters, including highly confidential or critical matters.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • This role may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours to accommodate the CEO's schedule.
  • Required to handle CEO's personal projects/tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant for at least two years.
