We are looking for highly motivated people, who have the ability to engage and inspire young students, and who are looking for an enriching and educational experience themselves., * Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care

  • Monitor and supervise the student residence ensuring the proper safety, conduct and wellbeing of residents

  • Manage students’ behavior at all relevant times, with a judicious awareness of the need to sanction or encourage as appropriate

  • Chasing and finding students who are missing from the programme to maintain high safeguarding standards

  • Supporting and caring for sick students in camp

  • Carefully monitor the host institutions’ property, ensuring it is well looked after and any damage reported and investigated

  • Prioritize the safety of students above all else, following our Safeguarding and Health and Safety Policy

  • Be friendly and approachable whilst developing professional, positive relationships with students that help to enhance their overall experience

  • Ensure any concerns, worries or questions students may have are dealt with sensitively

  • Ensure any safeguarding concerns that come to your attention are dealt with sensitively, and information shared/escalated appropriately

  • Ensure the accommodation is kept tidy

  • Ensure the students go to bed and wake up at the appropriate times, accompanying them as necessary

  • Assist in the arrival check-in / departure check-out procedures

  • Assist with regular damage inspections

  • Assist with running of activities and excursions where required

  • Assist with any additional tasks as given by the camp management team, * We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our students therefore all staff employed will be required to provide / undergo an Enhanced DBS check (and provide overseas conduct certificates where applicable)
