We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our growing hospitality recruitment agency. You will be responsible for winning new clients, developing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the hospitality sector.
Experience within hospitality or hospitality-related sales is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients (hotels, restaurants, pubs, contract catering, schools, hospitals, offices)
- Present recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
- Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality staffing solutions
- Manage leads, clients, and sales pipeline using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Attend industry events and networking meetings
- Report on pipeline, performance, and revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
