Team Leader - Aberdeen Angusfield House Care Home provides nursing, dementia, and palliative care for up to 40 residents, located in Aberdeen's West End Team Leader Contract 15.00 per hour Full Time contract available Dayshift and nightshift available Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Why Join Angusfield House Care Home?

Strong leadership plays an important role in creating a home where residents feel safe, supported and genuinely cared for, and as Team Leader, you will help guide the team while ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained throughout every shift.

Working closely with the wider care team, you will support the day to day running of the home by coordinating shifts, overseeing care delivery and providing guidance to colleagues while ensuring residents receive compassionate, person centred support tailored to their individual needs.

Alongside leading by example, you will help monitor wellbeing, support medication administration and ensure care plans are followed safely and consistently.

This role is well suited to an experienced Senior Care Assistant ready to take the next step, or an existing Team Leader looking to bring their experience into a supportive and rewarding environment.

Your leadership, confidence and ability to guide others will help create a positive atmosphere where residents receive exceptional care every day.
