Senior Care Assistant (Nightshift) Contract

  • 14.50 per hour
  • 38.5 hours per week
  • Nightshift - 8:00pm to 8:00am
  • Two week rolling rota provided in advance, helping you plan ahead and achieve a better work life balance
  • Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

As Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive and well organised environment throughout the night. Leading by example, you will support residents with their individual needs while providing guidance and reassurance to colleagues across the shift.

Alongside delivering high quality care, you will help oversee the smooth running of the nightshift, support medication administration, maintain accurate records and respond to any changes in residents wellbeing. Your leadership will help ensure residents feel comfortable, safe and cared for at all times.
