You'll have experience of leading a home of at least 50 beds, ideally providing nursing, residential and dementia care, together with a strong regulatory track record. Experience of sustaining Care Inspectorate grades of 4 and 5 would be particularly valuable. You'll combine excellent operational skills with commercial awareness, sound budget management and strong people leadership.
