Gilmerton Care Home, located in the peaceful south of Edinburgh, offers exceptional residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care. Contract: 23.96 per hour
Hours: 33.75 hours per week

Exceptional care depends on strong clinical leadership, professional expertise and a team environment where residents always remain at the centre of every decision. As Clinical Lead, you will play an important role in helping ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered throughout the home every single day. Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, you will provide day to day clinical leadership while supporting nurses and care teams to deliver safe, effective and person centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing medication management
- Supporting care planning
- Monitoring clinical standards
- Mentoring colleagues
- Ensuring best practice is consistently maintained
