The Role: As Operations Manager your role will include: To deputise for the General Manager as required. To assume overall responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Hotel To contribute to the hotel sales strategy by driving corporate and local initiatives To ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, as directed by the General Manager and to ensure that internal audits are completed and actioned. To effectively manage the performance of the hotel team To proactively analyse and exploit the commercial and financial opportunities of the business in terms of costs, controls, productivity levels, competitor activity, room rate revenue, product and property development.
