Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To work in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining working relationships with colleagues in your own and other departments.
  • To adhere to the procedures for the security of keys, company and personal property and report immediately any suspicious circumstances or people behaving strangely.
  • To work safely, conforming to statutory and company health and safety regulations, and comply with other related statutory regulations (e.g. COSHH).
  • To ensure that cleanliness and appearance of the function rooms are of the highest possible standard.
  • To have a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities.
  • To ensure that food, liquor etc., is served as per guests' requirements and Alona Brand Standards.
  • Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

The ideal candidate will be a senior Food & Beverage Manager looking to make the step up with experience of running and organising events. They should possess a can-do attitude as well as excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Previous experience in a high volume/fast paced environment is essential.
