We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR Support Officer to provide first and second-line HR support to employees and managers.

You will advise on HR policies and procedures, manage employee queries, maintain HR records, support recruitment and onboarding, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and data protection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line HR support to employees and managers.
  • Advise on HR policies, leave, payroll, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation using HR systems.
  • Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
