Location: Riverside, 4 Canning Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR330EQ

Duration: 3 Months Contract – With high possibilities of an extension

Purpose

Technical lead with significant experience working with IT business systems within the Digital team. Ability to gather business requirements from Project Managers/Business Analysts and work with teams to implement solutions within existing systems.

Strong experience with:

  • Total Mobile (Connect, Mobilise)
  • Civica Keystone
  • MRI Orchard Enterprise & Assets

Support ongoing digital transformation within the Housing department. Provide specialist systems knowledge and technical expertise during implementation of new modules and system processes. Lead implementation activities and support knowledge transfer to team members. Work closely with stakeholders and users to deliver effective system change and implementation strategies.

Experience working with both on-premise and SaaS platforms, including front-end and back-end access where applicable. Liaise with software vendors and participate in project delivery to ensure implementations remain on track. Strong understanding of systems migration and system integration. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Progress OpenEdge databases is desirable.
