Job Description -
We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support a high-profile enterprise transformation partnership.
This role will help bring a complex transformation to market through clear, compelling storytelling and coordinated marketing execution across content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
You’ll partner closely with the broader PMM team, brand marketing, communications, events, creative, and program leadership.
The work includes shaping narrative, developing thought leadership and campaign assets, and helping deliver integrated marketing moments tied to a fast-moving external calendar.
This is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, translating complex technical and operational work into audience-friendly stories, and navigating cross-functional delivery with multiple reviewers and deadlines.
The Opportunity
This is a chance to work on one of Client’s most visible customer transformation stories, helping shape how a strategic partnership is brought to life across marketing channels.
The role offers high-impact work, strong cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to a program that intersects product marketing, brand storytelling, events, and enterprise narrative development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with a small group of customers to uncover, interview, and document their transformation stories, focusing on outcomes and the impact of clients products.
- Create and manage high-quality marketing assets, including ebooks, presentation decks, webinar content, blog posts, briefing materials, customer stories, and campaign messaging.
- Help shape and maintain narrative frameworks and message houses that ensure consistency across campaigns, communications, events, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex transformation initiatives, technical capabilities, and operational outcomes into clear value propositions for enterprise and executive audiences.
- Support integrated campaign execution across content, digital, social, events, and communications channels.
- Contribute to sales enablement by creating proof points, storylines, customer-facing materials, and supporting assets for strategic conversations.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals with PMM, brand, comms, legal, creative, and program stakeholders.
- Help plan and deliver milestone-based marketing moments tied to a demanding external event calendar.
About You
- 5+ years of product marketing, content marketing, or customer advocacy experience in B2B Saa S or technology environments.
- Exceptional storytelling, interviewing, and writing skills, with a portfolio of published customer stories or case studies.
- Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, marketing).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of audiences.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple stories and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring content performance and iterating based on insights.
- Creative, collaborative, and customer-obsessed, with a passion for amplifying real-world impact.
- Location
- UK-based, with regular onsite work required in Oxfordshire for in-person collaboration with key stakeholders.
This role also partners with distributed teams across multiple time zones, so comfort with hybrid and cross-regional working is important.
