We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to support Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity within an enterprise environment. The role will focus on maintaining secure, compliant, and resilient IT/OT infrastructure while collaborating closely with OT teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding critical systems through proactive monitoring, incident response, and implementation of cybersecurity best practices in line with GxP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and network devices
  • Manage end-user devices, applications, and remote access solutions
  • Implement and manage endpoint security, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity initiatives
  • Assist with network segmentation, security policies, and system upgrades
  • Document OT technology systems, configurations, and procedures
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives including IAM, EDR, and vulnerability management
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory standards, and internal SOPs
  • Work closely with OT teams to align security controls with operational requirements
  • Handle IT service requests, incidents, and continuous system monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in enterprise IT support and infrastructure management
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and SAN/NAS storage
  • Experience with networking – switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, EDR, and vulnerability management
  • Understanding of GxP compliance in regulated environments (pharma, manufacturing, life sciences preferred)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

  • CompTIA Security+
  • CISSP
  • Microsoft Certifications
