We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to support Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity within an enterprise environment. The role will focus on maintaining secure, compliant, and resilient IT/OT infrastructure while collaborating closely with OT teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding critical systems through proactive monitoring, incident response, and implementation of cybersecurity best practices in line with GxP and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and network devices
- Manage end-user devices, applications, and remote access solutions
- Implement and manage endpoint security, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity initiatives
- Assist with network segmentation, security policies, and system upgrades
- Document OT technology systems, configurations, and procedures
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including IAM, EDR, and vulnerability management
- Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory standards, and internal SOPs
- Work closely with OT teams to align security controls with operational requirements
- Handle IT service requests, incidents, and continuous system monitoring
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in enterprise IT support and infrastructure management
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and SAN/NAS storage
- Experience with networking – switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, EDR, and vulnerability management
- Understanding of GxP compliance in regulated environments (pharma, manufacturing, life sciences preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Microsoft Certifications
