We are seeking an experienced Developing Highways Support Officer to support the management and adoption of historic Section 38 and Section 278 agreements under the Highways Act 1980.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage S38/S278 agreement applications.

- Maintain agreement records, bonds, certificates, and related documentation.
- Prepare legal instructions and support agreement drafting.
