Job Description: Recruitment Lead (Resourcing/Redeployment Lead) To lead on the internal and external recruitment processes across the council, ensuring that both the candidates and line managers experience a positive experience You will oversee the recruitment work stream and on-boarding process for the local authority. The post holder will lead the delivery of the redeployment initiatives as part of the transformation process, and all relevant redeployment activity in accordance with client's redeployment procedure. You will ensure that recruitment is conducted in an effective, timely and efficient manner with professional service always delivered. Provide expertise to internal stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and advertising options and being the internal expert regarding their ATS systems and recruitment operation. Knowledge & Skills * Experience of ATS systems * Experience of managing redeployment programmes * Experience of all Microsoft packages * Highly analytical * Highly organised and structured approach to work * Excellent relationship builder, able to manage stakeholders effectively through influencing and communication skills
