Workforce (HR focus)
- Focuses on
HR-led workforce planning
, governance, and processes. - Designs the
future people structure
, role profiles, career pathways. - Aligns the workforce plan with
HR strategy
, talent, L&D, and organisational design. - Leads or supports
resourcing, redeployment, upskilling, and change readiness
activities. - Works closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and OD teams.
- Ensures HR policies, employee impacts, and labour relations considerations are integrated.
- May oversee job mapping, skills frameworks, FTE planning, and workforce analytics.
Workforce Transformation
- Supports
overall programme objectives
, not just HR. - Ensures the programme has the
right people, skills, and capacity
at each stage. - Designs or supports the design of
future workforce models
that align with the new operating model. - Works across
multiple functions (IT, operations, finance, HR, etc.)
. - Drives workforce forecasting based on
programme phases
, milestones, and change impacts. - Manages transformation-related workforce risks (capacity gaps, skill shortages, resourcing bottlenecks).
- Collaborates with PMO, change teams, functional leads, and external partners.
