This role is based at the Service Centre in Telford, supporting calibration, validation, and repair of dimensional test instruments and mechanical torque tools to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform calibration, validation, and repair of mechanical/dimensional and analytical test instruments.
- Carry out routine technical tasks using prescribed procedures and sound technical judgment.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical calibration and testing issues.
- Understand and respond to customer requirements through written and face-to-face communication.
- Travel to customer sites (less than 25%) to conduct onsite calibration activities.

- Proven experience in mechanical calibration, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience working in laboratory or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Proficiency with calibration tools, equipment, and related software.
