An experienced Project Manager is required to mobilise and implement a new contractor to deliver Capital Investment works. The role will lead end-to-end capital works delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, fully compliant, and to high quality and resident satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilise and manage a new capital works contract.
- Oversee surveys, specifications, tendering, contractor management and final accounts.
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, risks and cashflow.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety and Section 20 processes.
- Manage handovers, defects and stakeholder/resident communications.
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to investment planning.
Requirements
- HNC/HND, MCIOB or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience managing capital works within housing/property.
- Proven contract management experience (JCT/NHF/TAC).
- Solid knowledge of property maintenance, defect diagnosis and remedial specifications.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
