We are looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to manage a varied commercial property portfolio. The role focuses mainly on Landlord & Tenant matters across operational and income-generating assets.

Key Requirements

  • MRICS qualified or strong experience in general practice surveying within a Local Authority
  • Solid experience in:
  • Landlord & Tenant work
  • Managing commercial property portfolios
  • Rent reviews, lease renewals, licences, assignments etc.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Local Authority property transactions
    • Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
    • Procurement regulations
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to prepare clear briefing notes for Members & Senior Management
  • Maintain strong audit trails
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset
