• Translate business strategy into architectural change and technical delivery
• Lead cross-organisation capabilities and influence senior stakeholders
• Define and own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmap
• Map as-is / to-be / transitional states
• Work across all domains: business, data, technology, security
• Establish architectural principles, standards and governance
• Provide expert advice ensuring sustainability, reuse and value for money
• Guide major decisions with high risk, impact and complexity
• Coach/mentor others and build the architectural community
• Conduct horizon scanning and identify emerging trends
• Collaborate across the organisation and unblock major issues

Skills Needed:

• Senior-level architecture leadership
• Ability to communicate complex architecture to technical & non-technical audiences
• Commercial understanding — supplier selection & contract models
• Strong governance, risk management, and design decision skills
• Ability to shape ambiguous, high-complexity problems

Qualifications (Required):

• TOGAF or ISEB (Architecture certification)
• AND at least one of: ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT
