Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within the transport or supply chain industry
- MS Outlook and MS Office - full proficiency in Word and Excel
- Using database systems (desired)
- Working within a fast-paced environment
Duties:
- General administrative tasks to provide support to the Operations team and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Stock management and weekly stock check
- Keeping records up to date and purchasing of stock
- Booking vehicles in for safety inspections, MOTs and repairs
- Checking driver documentation, supporting drivers with paperwork, generating reports for driver hours and WTRs
- Accommodate audits and compliance checks
