Field Service Manager

Job Title: Field Service Manager

Location: Remote, National. Office based in Redditch (attend once a week)

Salary: £40,000 – £42,000, 5% bonus also at the end of the year. Company Pool also provided

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Skills And Experience Needed

• Previous Managerial or leadership experience
• Logistics or transport experience would be an advantage
• Hands-on approach
• National travel is essential

Duties

• Responsible for Managing the Field Service team
• Ensuring efficient Service operations
• Maintaining strong customer relations
• Addressing logistical challenges
• Drop point Management, co-ordinate visits, ensure correct use of assets to increase recovery rate and reduce asset loss rate
• Follow up reports and formulating action plans
