Job Title: Field Service Manager
Location: Remote, National. Office based in Redditch (attend once a week)
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000, 5% bonus also at the end of the year. Company Pool also provided
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Skills And Experience Needed
- Previous Managerial or leadership experience
- Logistics or transport experience would be an advantage
- Hands-on approach
- National travel is essential
Duties
- Responsible for Managing the Field Service team
- Ensuring efficient Service operations
- Maintaining strong customer relations
- Addressing logistical challenges
- Drop point Management, co-ordinate visits, ensure correct use of assets to increase recovery rate and reduce asset loss rate
- Follow up reports and formulating action plans
