Export Co-ordinator Sea Freight
Location: Redditch (office based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, part time can be considered
Salary: Β£25,000 – Β£30,000 (dependent on experience)
Are you an organised and driven individual with experience in sea freight or export operations? Our client, a respected and growing logistics provider based in Redditch, is looking for an Export Co-ordinator to join their friendly and professional team.
The Role
As an Export Co-ordinator, you\’ll play a key part in managing and coordinating international sea freight shipments. You\’ll be the link between clients, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient export processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating export shipments via sea freight
- Preparing and checking shipping documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and shipping lines
- Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Managing customs clearance processes where required
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships

- Experience or strong exposure to sea freight/export operations
- Good understanding of export documentation and logistics processes
