Seasonal Associate (Part-Time) - Kings Road
Seasonal position with part-time hours. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligned with store goals and ALO’s guiding principles
- Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing ALO’s Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Provide a friendly greeting and proactively seek to understand customer needs to support engagement
- Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures
- Stay informed about store goals, communications, initiatives, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives; educate guests on them on the floor
- Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals
- Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in processing shipments in a timely manner
- Support replenishment on the sales floor in a timely manner
- Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed according to company policy and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment; perform other tasks as needed to support operations
Qualifications
- Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; constant movement in all areas of the store
- Ability to stand, move for an entire shift, and safely climb if required
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK
Seasonal Associate Schedule
The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. All employees are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season (January 14).
