Objective

The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the standard of the ALO experiences and educating on guest‑facing initiatives. Confidently introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony and comprehensive knowledge. Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals. Resolve client needs quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Educate guests and staff on our product, community, and culture. Understand and protect the daily schedule that prioritises business strategy in partnership with Leadership. Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment. Execute all front and back‑of‑house procedures in accordance with company policy and procedure. Support other business areas, including Sales and Cashier, as needed.
