As the first Human Resources employee in Europe, this individual must be a strong self-starter with a growth mindset. This role will partner directly with cross-functional teams to support the stores across the UK. This role will involve building out the Retail People processes, policies, and compliance across the UK market, as well as support the strategic talent growth.
Job Duties:
- Provide support, thought partnership and coaching to management and employees on human resources related matters.
- Previous work experience in Retail and with a Global company; experience with multi European countries is a plus.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- 5 – 7 years HR Manager and/or Business Partner experience.
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.
- Experience in retail or high-volume field facing environments.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, ADP, Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Microsoft office systems a plus.
