As a Recruiter, your main responsibility will be actively sourcing talent to fill open positions supporting current HQ population and expansion. You will support building talent acquisition as well as conducting full life cycle recruitment in sourcing top talent for ALO. This position provides special guidance and assistance to Management on various Talent focused initiatives. You will report directly into the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience for retail brands.
- Support Managers in staffing including strategies to improve their staffing levels and create a talent pipeline to support our growth and team members.
- Lead planning for hiring levels, timelines and securing top talent.
- Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
- Work closely with managers and hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent; support in achieving annual talent business objectives.
As one of the first points of contact within the company, you can effectively communicate the culture and values of ALO Yoga and professionally represent the brand and the Talent Team at all times.
Minimum 3+ years recruiting or hiring experience (agency or in-house) for luxury, retail brands, global consumer goods company and/or similar industries.
Experience in Applicant Tracking system or Workday is a plus, but not required.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking tools to actively source candidates.
Interest in a career in talent acquisition or human resources.
Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva and ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
