Situated around Surrey and Sussex; Almost Family Ltd are looking for a friendly and kind carer to come into our lovely client's homes, help them with day-to-day tasks and provide companionship. We are flexible for you! We will try to arrange a flexible shift pattern that works best for you! Providing care is a great opportunity to have a positive and lasting impact on someone's life and we at Almost Family are looking for new Carers to help us do just that!

Job responsibilities include:

  • Meal Preparation and Shopping
  • Light House Keeping
  • Medication prompts
  • Providing Companionship for trips out and community activities
  • Personal Care
  • Help with Physical Activity

Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum of 6 Months paid Caregiving experience or an NVQ2, or be an RN.
  • Be able to provide a passed comprehensive DBS check
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to the client.
  • Be 18 or older.

Desirable:

  • Cooking skills
  • Organisation skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
