Almond Housing Association is a registered Scottish Charity based in Livingston, serving tenants and owners throughout the West Lothian area. Currently we are seeking an experienced, technically qualified manager to support and guide our repairs team to deliver a quality reactive repairs service through external contractors to our 2,500 tenants.

Candidates will have relevant experience of working in a target focused environment and have personal experience and skills in dealing with front line tenant requests, along with a proven track record in identifying building defects and specification of effective remedial works. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the line management of an established team; therefore, previous experience of leading a team is essential.
