We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our Housing Management Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this varied and rewarding front-line role, you will support customers by telephone, email and face to face, helping them to enjoy and sustain their homes. You will be at the heart of the customer experience: listening carefully, responding with empathy and finding practical solutions when customers face challenges or changes in their homes.
