Description: Almond Care is an award winning, specialist, UK provider of complex care and supported living in the home, working with adults and children to support them in leading an independent lifestyle of their choice.
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Support Worker to join our outstanding team in Supported Living.
You will be required to travel between B27 and B28 on some days.
Role: To provide and maintain a high standard of care to adults with challenging behaviour both verbal and physical.
Experience with Learning disability, autism, mental Health .
Experienced with personal care and non verbal individuals.
Sensory needs.
The role will require you to work either as part of a team or independently, ensuring that at all times the people we support receive an effective and efficient service that meets their chosen lifestyle, within a safe environment.
