Clinical Nurse Trainer, Nuneaton 50,000- 55,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Trainer to join a specialist provider of support services for adults and children with complex care needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with significant complex care experience and a strong background in clinical training and staff development.
The role will involve travelling between Nuneaton and Sileby, supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical training and ensuring care teams have the skills, knowledge and confidence required to provide safe and effective care.
Who will you be joining?
You would be joining a specialist complex care provider supporting adults and children with a range of complex healthcare needs, helping them to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities.
As Clinical Nurse Trainer, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining the clinical competencies of care teams.
You will work closely with the nursing and operational teams to ensure staff receive high-quality training, ongoing support and regular competency assessments.
The role will involve delivering training across a range of complex clinical areas, including tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG and NG feeding, stoma care, medication administration, safeguarding and manual handling.
