Almond Care Ltd. is seeking a Service Co-ordinator to support the Operational Team responsible for coordinating all support staff to ensure safe services and appropriate staffing for the people we support.
The role involves rostering, training coordination and maintaining compliance with all required standards. You will work closely with the Head of Supported Living and the senior management team to ensure sufficient cover for visits, timely rota planning, and ongoing staff development.
