Children’s Residential Support Worker

Locations: LE12 & LE3

Salary: £13.75 per hour + £73.89 per sleep-in

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to reach their full potential? We are looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our growing team.

Our homes support children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), providing safe, nurturing environments where they can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience working with children or young people (residential care experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Are caring, patient and nurturing
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Are resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred, if applicable)

  • Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)
  • Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
