As a Tech & Product Recruiter (Mid to Senior), you’ll work directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to own end-to-end hiring, primarily across technical roles. You’ll be hands-on with the process while contributing to our hiring strategy and improving candidate experience. This role is key to building the next chapter of Almedia, from shaping teams in Berlin to supporting our international expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and selected commercial roles, from intake to offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring success.
  • Run structured, data-informed processes that drive both quality and speed.
  • Own key hiring processes in Berlin while supporting global expansion efforts.
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across markets.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the TA team.
