- Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
- Experience with website content writing and editing
- Interest in digital fundraising and community campaigns
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and independent working ability
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, SEO, and online fundraising platforms
- Graphic design and video editing skills
What will you be doing?
Role Overview
As a Digital Support Volunteer, you will help strengthen Almanaar\’s online communication, engagement, and fundraising efforts. You will work closely with the core team to manage social media, update the website, and support digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Video / Graphic Design: Create graphics, assist in video production, and multimedia content
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish posts; monitor engagement; respond to comments; grow the online community
- Website Updates: Update event listings, news, and maintain a user-friendly website
- Digital Fundraising: Promote donation campaigns, support fundraising pages, and draft engaging messages
