Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (core hours 10:00‑16:00 Monday‑Friday); hybrid working available

Role Description
Almac Pharma Services is an established outsourcing partner working with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide. Our team specializes in manufacture and packaging of commercial drug products and medicines, and offers end‑to‑end product supply management and bespoke client services.
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist – Indirect / Non‑GMP to join our Procurement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders with approved suppliers.
- Ensure orders placed within acceptable time frame to meet delivery requirements.
- Follow up purchase orders to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and agreement of delivery dates with suppliers.
- Participate in capital procurement projects across the business.
- Identify opportunities to secure value for money and take part in business unit and group‑wide tenders.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout Almac Pharma Services.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree level (or equivalent) or significant relevant experience in a Procurement Department.
- Advantage: CIPS Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in data analysis and capital expenditure.
- Excellent communication skills, methodical approach, high accuracy.
