As a Quality Control (QC) Team Leader, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing daily QC activities and ensuring the team delivers high‑quality results on time and in line with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
The QC team is responsible for the sampling and inspection of incoming material, in‑process batch assessments, the inspection of distribution orders before they are despatched to clinical sites, environmental monitoring and pest control programmes.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the development of a high‑performing, engaged QC team performing the above tasks, identifying and implementing improvements and acting as the first point of escalation for QC issues.
Location: Craigavon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Competitive
