The Opportunity
We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a Quality Compliance Manager (Product) to join our Pharma Services Quality Operations team in Craigavon. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the effective governance of deviation investigations and product quality complaints, ensuring investigations are comprehensive, completed within required timelines and support the timely release of product.
You will lead and develop a team of quality professionals responsible for deviation and product complaint investigations and associated corrective and preventive actions. Working closely with Operations, Analytical and wider Quality teams, you will provide expert guidance, monitor performance and drive the timely resolution of quality issues in line with business, customer and regulatory expectations.

What you need to be successful
We are looking for an experienced quality professional who can combine strong technical knowledge with confident leadership, effective communication and a practical, collaborative approach to problem solving.
Essential criteria
- A Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Significant experience working within an established Quality System in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience with manufacturing, packaging or analysis of solid oral dosage products.
- Previous line management and customer interaction experience.
- Proven knowledge of the legal requirements, rules and guidance governing the manufacture of pharmaceutical products for global markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organise, plan and prioritise work effectively.
Desirable criteria include a degree or equivalent in a science, life science, technical or closely related discipline; experience of commercial and clinical operations; experience conducting investigations and using root cause analysis tools; knowledge of other pharmaceutical dosage forms, including sterile products; and project management experience.
