Almac Group is seeking a Support Technician (Lab Systems) to provide specialist technical support for laboratory systems within a regulated GxP environment. You will diagnose and resolve issues, offering onsite and remote support while maintaining hardware/software and ensuring data integrity.
Working with Waters, Agilent, Empower and Citrix environments, you will collaborate with Quality and Validation teams and ensure changes follow approved procedures.
