The role of the post holder is to assess and improve the Pharma Quality System and contribute to GMP Compliance and Quality of manufactured and released pharmaceutical products. Depending on the successful candidate's experience, the role will be either offered at Specialist or Senior Specialist level. As part of a busy team within a rapidly growing organisation, operating within a challenging industry you will benefit from the numerous personal and professional developmental opportunities available throughout the Almac group.

Essential Criteria

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including English Language and Maths
  • Level 5 Qualification
  • Significant experience working within an established GMP Quality System. Must have a minimum 1 year GMP experience.

Desirable Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in a scientific (Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy) or technical (Engineering) discipline
  • Previous experience in a role involving supplier or service provider approvals
  • Previous auditing experience
  • Previous experience in writing and producing detailed reports
