This will involve reviewing validation and commissioning documentation, completing periodic review reports, maintaining electronic schedules and records, following up on findings, and working with colleagues across different departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing validation and commissioning protocols and documentation

  • Maintaining validation records, documentation files, databases and electronic schedules
  • Supporting the validation and commissioning of laboratory equipment and computerised systems
  • Reviewing user accounts and following up on identified findings

  • Supporting changes, updates and retirement of validated systems
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure documentation and system requirements are met in line with relevant quality and regulatory standards
